I downsized to this community in October 2024 after my children left for college, attracted by the long list of amenitiesâgym, hot tub, tanning bed, sauna, and pool. Unfortunately, almost none of them have been is true.
⢠Tanning bed: Out of order since my first day and never repaired.
⢠Hot tub: Removed entirely five months after I moved in, with no replacement.
⢠Gym: Only two treadmills; one has been broken for months.
⢠Sauna: Barely warms up, far below a usable temperature.
⢠Pool: Still closed as of today (June 19, 2025), with no clear reopening date. Iâm
Beyond the amenities:
⢠The apartments themselves are dated, and promised updates (including a freshly painted garage) have not happened.
⢠For $1,300 per month for a one-bedroomâplus utilitiesâthis is unacceptable.
⢠The parking lot contains multiple vehicles that have not moved since October; management has placed threatened towing, but the cars remain, raising safety and security concerns.
Management has been made aware of these issues repeatedly, yet little changes. If youâre considering this complex for its advertised features, be aware that many are either broken, removed, or perpetually âunder maintenance.â I cannot recommend living here until management follows through on repairs, replaces the removed amenities, and keeps the property in a safe, well-maintained condition.
