I had a microwave that started overheating even when I wasnât using it. So I unplugged it and left it unplugged overnight. The following afternoon I plugged it in again and it was nice and cool even after I used it. But the apartment was so concerned that it may heat up when I was gone, that they brought me a brand new microwave.! Now that is a caring, incredible maintenance and management staff!
I also had an issue with my refrigerator that actually just froze everything. They attempted to try and fix it by resetting the compressor and possibly getting a new compressor, but wound up replacing the entire refrigerator with a brand new stainless steel one Within a two week period of time. They have done so much for me to update this apartment. They also replaced my front door because it was getting old..
I canât say enough about the caring staff, Austin is great and Fernando and Hector are top-notch When it comes to maintenance!
Yes, it is an older complex. However, the management staff is doing everything within its power to take care of all the residents and make all they can as Quickly as they can. I canât say enough about how much the property has helped me in responded to my needs. Well done!
