Went from a good place to live to the worst apartment complex ever. Blatant refusal to fix issues, lying to residents and could go on and on. Horrible experience. I would give zero stars if allowed.

My mind is with my car at the dealership right now, so I've not been able to focus lately. However, Pinegate staff rocks! They evaluated me as an individual, not a number. I feel highly honored to be a part of the community at Pinegate! Thank you all! Russell Thayer

There is no ramp into my apartment. It's only a small step, but if I could not get out of my chair, I could not get in. The pantry contains the washer and dryer. I had to hang a rack over the door It has spacious closet and bedroom. It's very easy to live in.

DON’T MOVE HERE?!! The buildings are nasty and management doesn’t power wash them. I’ve asked several times for my building to be washed and they still haven’t done it. Apartments are falling apart and for the money, the rent definitely isn’t worth it.
