Have been a resident here over 4 years now and until a month ago was very happy. But then I called about a light being out over the garage doors in my building and they have yet to repair the light making it very dark. I have called 4 times now, about once a week for a month and nothing gets done about fixing the light. Now they are refusing to answer their phone when I call to complain. I just started a new lease Oct 1, this year and I will be looking for a new place to live as this is NOT a place to live if they refuse to fix/repair the outdoor lighting especially with winter time coming up. UPDATE: As of 10-23-2018, 9:30 PM the afore mentioned light is STILL not working even after management replied to my review here so obviously they have no intention to ever repair a safety related light. They make no mention of repairing the light in there repair so all of you that read reviews and thinking about living at Pinegate in the future take heed. I will be informing the City of Merriam of this issue.

I switched to month to month after a year, which increased my rent, which was fine - except their autopay system took the old amount instead of the new amount, and never informed me I owed anything until I got sent a letter about it. I got charged a $60 late fee because of a technical screw up with no understanding from the office. They simply did not care.
