I switched to month to month after a year, which increased my rent, which was fine - except their autopay system took the old amount instead of the new amount, and never informed me I owed anything until I got sent a letter about it. I got charged a $60 late fee because of a technical screw up with no understanding from the office. They simply did not care.

My air wasn't working and my screen door wouldn't stay on I went to the office told them and everything was fixed . Thank you took no time to get it fixed.
