Better grounds keeping. Cobwebs and dirt all over the sidings. Parking's very limited.

I went to move here and Austin was the first person I met. Yes he was friendly but he put my name wrong into the system. Also he put my income in the system wrong too. They advertised a $300 deposit. Because he entered my info wrong they tried to charge me a $1,500 deposit. I finally moved in and they said rent was $1,200 a month. Far from the truth. After paying for amenities and lots of other charges you end up paying $1,500 or more. The hot tube, tanning bed and sona didn't work. Also my apartment was visited by roaches a lot. There's absolutely no parking. The neighbors across the hall had three families living in one apartment. They were very loud and disrespectful. Horrible place to live. I had to move out due to circumstances and now they're trying to charge me $3,000 for leaving early. Beware.

I moved here a month ago and couldn't be happier....this is a great place to live! Austin and Marla run a tight ship here. They both helped me with my move and are pleasent and super professional to work with. It's a little more expensive than other apts but so worth it. I won the apt lottery at pinegate hope to never move
