Responsive and friendly staff. Even on Sundays when not open and on their day off, they still respond promptly. They care alot about their residents.

This place is too expensive and I have a friend that's moving from there and almost 2 years ago Christmas the ceiling in the garage started to fall in and she had the stucco or whatever was on the ceiling stuck to her car and it was all she could do to get it off. And it's still not fixed and you can see that asbestos is inside of this foam stuff because it's old. If I was living there I would have called the city on them but apparently no one has or it would have been fixed by now I do not recommend living here. She has semi studio and pays about a thousand a month and has been there for years

Austin was extremely helpful and responsive prior to move in. Apartment is clean and only had some minor issues (easily fixed). I love the layout and having an attached garage is a high point for me. Definitely worth it for the amenities! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Well I can't say that I ever remember stepping foot on this place but I don't remember going to a bad place on that day so it can't be too bad

Dear Marla, you are the best property manager anyone could ask for. You take every task personally and make sure the outcome is to the satisfaction of all the residents in your community. We are very lucky to have you and Austin and your awesome staff to take care of us. Thank you again for being there for all of us. Sometimes it can be a thankfulness job and I want to let you know that not only do I but other people talk and they all agree that we are very lucky to have what we have with pinegate as our home..
