I had a good experience here even though I didn't stay that long because I moved out of town. They were flexible and respectful of my needs when setting up the lease. I love the gym (including a sauna and hot tub.) They seem to allow dogs of all sizes which I think is great, and having a washer/dryer in the unit spoiled me. Not a bad thing to say about this place at all except it looks a little sterile and not homey from the outside. However, the winding sidewalk that ran between the rows of buildings really nice and made you feel like you were in a little neighborhood.

Staff on-site are nice and friendly, the apartments are not bad but it's not great when it comes to getting things done. It takes so long for maintenance to come when a request has been submitted. Nothing seems to be handled in a timely manner. My grandpa lives here as well and he had fallen down his stairs and asked for a railing, first being told no, then filling out 2 reasonable accommodations forms they told us to fill out because they lost the first copy, and 9 months later still no hand railing for an old man for safety concerns. It's pretty frustrating living here for 6 years and still get charged high rent and not great service. You say to contact the office, they just tell me the same thing, and nothing moves forward .Even corporate doesn't respond back.
