Let me tell you, the Assistant Manager, Austinâ¦he goes above and beyond. I use to lease for a huge property down in St. Petersburg, Florida, and in this business of leasing, you need staff thatâs going to âWOWâ your prospects, and Austin did the job! What I mean by that is you need people like Austin because he always has a smile always on his face, he is on top of things, never complains about anything, and he actually saved my life last summer. Iâm a diabetic, and Austin went to grab me some yogurt and another snack to make sure I didnât pass out. Just the other day, I was as at the grocery store, and gave a woman Austinâs name and number to checkout their 2 bedrooms here. Ask for Austin when you come to see Pinegate Apartments, he will give you the âresidentialâ treatment too!!!
So, my message below is to the owners of this property, because I donât see anything being down about this.
The first thing I DISLIKE about this property IS all of the dog crap, and people think they can just let their dog off without a leash, and nothing is being done about it. FYI PEOPLE: you rent here just as everyone elseâ¦so what makes you think you can just run around the property and break your addendums in your lease you have signed??? Donât forget peeps, Johnson County has a leash law.
Secondly, I think also the property owners donât care about their lawn maintenance. I could go on and on about it, but they donât live here and so they donât have to deal with it. My father owned a janitorial/lawn scape company, and I could do a better job than the help thatâs hereâs! I saw on one website that these are âluxury,â um, you might want to take that word down.
I wouldnât mind going around getting paid to pick up the dog crapâ¦LOL. I mean I left a horrible review for the lofts in front of our property, and they hired a poop cleaner!!!
